Caution
- Because data may be lost or initialized during the A/S process, internal personal data must be stored before shipping the product. Please make a backup.
- All products requested for A/S are considered to have been backed up by the user, and no separate backup work is performed.
- Since the delivery company cannot receive compensation for damage to the product due to insufficient packaging by the customer, please use packaging materials such as air caps. Please pack safely.
- If the warranty period has expired or the problem is due to external factors such as flooding or damage even within the warranty period, the repair cost will be borne by the customer.
We inform you that this process will be carried out at your own expense. - If you send a product arbitrarily, it may be difficult to process it properly, so please make sure to receive A/S in the method instructed after submission. Please proceed.
- We do not provide separate rental phones during delivery service.
